Our client is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting clients across Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan and wider South East Queensland.
The team delivers personalised, evidence-based therapy across homes, schools, community settings and telehealth. Clinicians work from home as their base, with strong admin support and a broad allied health team across Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology and other service areas.
This is a dedicated Paediatric Speech Pathologist position supporting strong demand across either Ipswich or Logan region. You will work from home as your base, with visits into homes, schools and therapy settings, supported by centralised admin and a multidisciplinary allied health team.
About the Role:
This is a Paediatric Speech Pathologist role supporting children and families through a community-based therapy model. Your week may include:
- Paediatric Speech Pathology assessments and therapy
- Home, school and therapy setting visits across Ipswich, Logan and surrounding areas
- Support for children with developmental delays, autism, communication needs, disability and NDIS-funded goals
- Telehealth where clinically appropriate
- Working from home as your base, with travel into community settings
- Appointment booking handled centrally by the admin team
- Gradual caseload ramp-up as you settle into the role

- Kilometre reimbursement or access to a company vehicle
- Flexible scheduling able to be considered
- Multidisciplinary team environment across allied health service lines
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
- Ideally 3 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Community-based therapy experience
- Paediatric Speech Pathology experience
- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle, unless using an approved company vehicle arrangement
- Salary from $100,000 to $115,000 super
- $3,000 professional development allowance
- 2 days paid PD leave
- Kilometre reimbursement or work-use company vehicle
- Flexible scheduling considered
- Work from home base (WFH)
- Centralised appointment booking and admin support
- Internal training and clinical support
- Multidisciplinary allied health environment
