Work Type: Permanent
Salary Range: $70,001 - $80,000

Description
The opportunity
Are you an organised, switched-on administrator who takes pride in keeping things running properly? E4 People are looking for a People & Culture Administrator to be the operational backbone of our P&C function: owning office operations, supporting WHS and incident coordination, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
This is a hands-on role with real variety. One day you'll be managing office supplies, the next you'll be coordinating an incident management process. The P&C team will set the direction and support you along the way, but the doing is yours. If you are the kind of person who takes initiative, follows through without being chased and genuinely enjoys getting things right, you'll fit right in here.
What you'll be doing
- Office operations: Manage the day-to-day running of the office, including supplies, uniforms, merchandise, facilities, maintenance and the general company mailbox. You'll be the first port of call for operational matters and the person who makes sure things just work.
- IT coordination: Act as the internal point of contact for IT support, triage requests and manage the relationship with our external IT provider to keep the business moving.
- WHS & incident coordination: Coordinate the incident management process from follow-up with consultants through to escalation and close-out. Log and escalate WHS forms and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
- WorkCover & risk: Support WorkCover claims coordination and assist with our Modern Slavery and supply chain mapping process, including supplier questionnaires, records and risk tracking.
- P&C support: Provide general P&C administration support across the team as needed and take ownership of your own professional development along the way.
What we're looking for
- Experience in an EA, PA, office management or administration role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through
- Clear, confident communicator who can manage stakeholders at all levels
- Quick to pick up new systems and comfortable working across multiple priorities
- An interest in WHS, people and culture or risk is a genuine bonus
- Experience in recruitment or labour hire is an advantage but not essential
- Working Rights: Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or on a residency pathway. Unfortunately we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
What we offer
- Work-Life Balance: 20 days annual leave plus a quarterly wellness day (take the day off to recharge) and your birthday off. Opportunity to work from home once fully trained.
- Fast-Paced, Supportive Environment: You'll be part of a close-knit team that collaborates well, celebrates wins and is committed to doing great work for clients and candidates.
- Team Spirit: Regular social events and team bonding, from run club to community volunteering and social activities.
- Training & Development: Full onboarding provided, plus ongoing support from your team and our Head of P&C.
- Modern Office Space: Based near Town Hall, Sydney CBD.
