Our client is an established community-based allied health provider supporting elderly people to maintain independence and quality of life at home. The organisation partners closely with clients, families and home care providers to deliver evidence-based care across community settings.
The Sydney team is growing, with a strong focus on Western Sydney. You will join a multidisciplinary environment with support from a National Head of Physiotherapy, while having the opportunity to contribute to clinical programs, team development and service improvement.
About the Role
This is a Senior Physiotherapist position delivering community-based services to older adults across Western Sydney.
Your week will include:
- Assessing and managing clients' physiotherapy needs in their homes and community settings
- Supporting clients receiving funding through the Support at Home program and Commonwealth Home Support Programme
- Applying advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to assessment and treatment
- Working closely with clients, families, care advisers and other allied health professionals
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and meeting relevant compliance requirements
- Providing clinical support, mentoring and coaching to junior Physiotherapists as they grow
- Contributing to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services
- Identifying opportunities to improve clinical processes and share best practice
- Preparing training and educational resources for partner organisations
- You will be closely supported by the National Head of Physiotherapy, with the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Sydney team as it expands.
This role offers more than a community caseload. It provides an opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to influence clinical practice while helping build a growing Sydney team.

- Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Physiotherapist
- Current Australian driver's licence and regular access to a car
