A well-established residential aged care provider is seeking a clinically experienced Registered Nurse to join their Quality team during a period of continued focus on governance, improvement, and high-quality resident care.
This is an opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about making a broader impact beyond one service. You will work across multiple residential aged care homes, partnering with Facility Managers, clinical teams, and leaders to strengthen quality systems, improve outcomes, and support best practice care.

This role combines clinical governance, auditing, risk management, accreditation support, and continuous improvement within a collaborative multi-site environment. This role is not a traditional site-based clinical position - it provides exposure across multiple services and the opportunity to influence quality outcomes at an organisational level.

- Work across multiple residential aged care homes and broaden your sector exposure
- Supportive and collaborative leadership environment
- Flexible work arrangements, including work-from-home options
- Long-term career development opportunities
