- Support complaints management, including gathering information, conducting interviews, documenting investigations and assisting with Commission complaints
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and the Clinical Governance Framework, while facilitating quality meetings, workshops and continuous improvement discussions
You are an analytical, practical and highly accountable professional who genuinely cares about improving outcomes for residents, families and the teams who support them.
You will also bring:

- Experience with quality management systems and compliance software, together with the ability and willingness to travel across Care homes for onsite support
- Opportunity to join an award-winning, family-owned aged care provider with five decades of experience across NSW
- Work closely with experienced operational leaders and the corporate team
- Supportive, collaborative and caring team culture
- Opportunity to contribute across quality, compliance, risk and clinical governance
- Career progression and leadership development opportunities
- Free onsite parking at the Pymble Head Office and Health Care homes
