Quality Coordinator – Residential Aged Care
📍 Northern Beaches, NSW
💰 $115,000 – $120,000 Super Salary Packaging

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality-focused Registered Nurse to join a large, well-established not-for-profit provider at a fully compliant, large residential aged care facility on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

This role is ideal for a clinically strong RN who has hands-on experience in quality and compliance and is looking to play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing best-practice care.

🏥 About the Role

Reporting to an experienced Facility Manager, the Quality Coordinator will support and drive quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement across the home.

Structure:
FM → 2 x Clinical Managers → Quality Coordinator → RNs → Care Staff

You will work closely with the clinical leadership team to ensure ongoing compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, support audits, manage continuous improvement initiatives, and provide education and guidance to staff.

• AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse (essential)
• Proven experience in Quality and Compliance within Residential Aged Care (essential)
• Strong working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Experience supporting audits, accreditation, and continuous improvement
• Confident communicator with strong documentation and organisational skills
• Passion for delivering safe, high-quality aged care
