Quality Coordinator – Earlwood & Surrounding Areas

7-Month Fixed Term (Jan – Jul) | Full-Time
$125,000 – $135,000 Super Salary Packaging
Stable Homes | Well-Established Not-for-Profit Provider

Your Role

• Reporting to the Head of Quality & Compliance
• Overseeing multiple homes located close together
• Ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and best practice across all sites
• Supporting teams to embed policies and processes that maintain high standards

• Join a well-established not-for-profit provider with strong culture
• Homes are stable and well-run — focus on meaningful quality work, not firefighting
• Short-term contract offers clarity and structure while making an immediate impact
• Work closely with an engaged leadership team that values your expertise

• AHPRA Registered Nurse – registration is essential
• Experienced in quality, compliance, or education in residential aged care
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to oversee multiple sites efficiently
• Hands-on, proactive, and collaborative approach
