• AHPRA Registered Nurse with experience in quality, compliance, or education in aged care
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and mentor teams
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
• Confident, approachable, and solutions-focused
• Passionate about delivering safe, person-centred care and supporting staff
