A well-established residential aged care home is seeking an experienced and clinically driven Quality & Education Manager to join the leadership team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about clinical governance, staff development and continuous improvement. Working alongside an experienced Facility Manager and leadership team, you will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards, supporting compliance and developing a confident, capable workforce.

About the Role
As the clinical lead for quality, education and compliance, you will support the ongoing delivery of safe, evidence-based care across a large residential aged care home.
This role combines clinical education, auditing, accreditation readiness, quality improvement and staff development within a supportive and collaborative leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the home's quality, education and clinical governance programs
- Deliver orientation, education sessions and ongoing clinical training for staff
- Conduct clinical audits and monitor compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support accreditation readiness
- Mentor and support Registered Nurses and clinical staff to achieve best practice
- Review clinical documentation, care plans and incident investigations
- Monitor quality indicators, infection prevention and clinical risk management
- Work closely with the Facility Manager to maintain high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance
About You
You are an organised, supportive and clinically experienced leader who enjoys developing people and improving quality outcomes.
You will also bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in a Quality, Education, Clinical Governance, Care Manager or senior clinical leadership role within aged care
- Strong knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Standards and accreditation requirements
- Experience conducting clinical audits and leading continuous improvement activities
- Confidence supporting staff development, education and clinical competency
- Experience within residential aged care
