A well-established residential aged care home is seeking an experienced and clinically driven Quality & Education Manager to join the leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about clinical governance, staff development and continuous improvement. Working alongside an experienced Facility Manager and leadership team, you will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards, supporting compliance and developing a confident, capable workforce.

If you enjoy coaching others, driving quality outcomes and preparing services for ongoing success, this role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact while progressing your career with a well-established for-profit aged care provider.

About the Role
As the clinical lead for quality, education and compliance, you will support the ongoing delivery of safe, evidence-based care across a large residential aged care home.
This role combines clinical education, auditing, accreditation readiness, quality improvement and staff development within a supportive and collaborative leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the home's quality, education and clinical governance programs
  • Deliver orientation, education sessions and ongoing clinical training for staff
  • Conduct clinical audits and monitor compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support accreditation readiness
  • Mentor and support Registered Nurses and clinical staff to achieve best practice
  • Review clinical documentation, care plans and incident investigations
  • Monitor quality indicators, infection prevention and clinical risk management
  • Work closely with the Facility Manager to maintain high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance

About You
You are an organised, supportive and clinically experienced leader who enjoys developing people and improving quality outcomes.
You will also bring:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in a Quality, Education, Clinical Governance, Care Manager or senior clinical leadership role within aged care
  • Strong knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Standards and accreditation requirements
  • Experience conducting clinical audits and leading continuous improvement activities
  • Confidence supporting staff development, education and clinical competency
  • Experience within residential aged care

What's on Offer
  • Opportunity to join a large, well-established residential aged care home
  • Strong leadership team with excellent clinical support
  • Stable Monday to Friday position
  • Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Meaningful opportunity to improve quality outcomes for residents and staff

About E4 People
E4 People has been a specialist healthcare recruitment partner since 2012. Over the past decade we have built deep relationships across aged care, allied health, and hospital settings throughout Australia. When you work with us, you get more than a single job opening. You get a recruiter who understands the sector, knows the leadership teams, and can talk honestly about culture, career pathways and where your skills will be valued.

What this looks like in practice:
  • A dedicated consultant who works with you on your career, not just this role
  • Honest market insight on salary, growth and where the sector is moving
  • Discreet, professional handling at every stage. We do not share your details without permission
  • Ongoing support post placement, because the right fit matters longer than the offer date

We are proud that many of the candidates we place return to us years later for their next career move. That is the standard we aim for on every search.

Interested?
If you are passionate about clinical excellence, enjoy developing teams and want to play a key role in improving quality outcomes, we would love to hear from you.

To discuss the opportunity further, contact Natasha Selwyn for a confidential conversation.

We are recruiting across permanent aged care leadership, clinical and quality roles throughout NSW and ACT and would be happy to discuss other opportunities that may suit your experience.
