The Opportunity

As the Quality & Education Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving clinical excellence across the home—leading education initiatives, strengthening compliance, and supporting continuous improvement.

You’ll be working within a strong leadership structure:
Facility Manager → 2 x Care Managers → Quality & Education Manager → Clinical Team

• AHPRA Registered Nurse (essential)
• Experience in Quality, Education, or Clinical Governance
• Background in Residential Aged Care
• Strong understanding of accreditation and compliance frameworks
• Passionate about developing teams and improving care outcomes
