A large, modern, award-winning nursing home in the Eastern Suburbs is looking for a Quality & Education Manager to join their stable, positive, fully compliant team. With strong leadership and a provider that genuinely invests in its homes, this is a role where you can make an impact without the chaos.
You’ll be supported by a clear, collaborative structure:
FM → 2 x Care Managers → Quality & Education Manager → RNs → Care Staff

- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Experience in Quality and/or Education within Residential Aged Care
- Minimum 1 year in a management role
