Quality Manager

As Quality Manager, you will play a key role in driving clinical governance, education, and compliance across the home. You’ll lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensure alignment with the Aged Care Quality Standards, and support clinical and care teams through education, mentoring, and guidance.
Working closely with staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders, you’ll help foster a culture of learning, accountability, and excellence in resident care. This is a role where your expertise and leadership will have a visible and lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality, education, and compliance frameworks across the home.
- Develop, deliver, and review education and training programs for nursing and care staff.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Conduct audits, monitor clinical performance, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and targeted training.
- Oversee incident management, risk, and infection prevention processes.
- Prepare reports for accreditation, executive leadership, and regulatory bodies.
- Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing development of clinical and care staff.
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA regulation (Essential).
- Experience in a senior clinical, quality, or education role within aged care.
- Strong working knowledge of accreditation, compliance, and clinical governance.
- Demonstrated experience in staff education, mentoring, and capability development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisational skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
