• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant within a recruitment agency
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Strong candidate management and sourcing skills
• Driven, proactive, and motivated to achieve results
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Australian citizen / resident or already has a pathway to sponsorship
