Are you an experienced leader in Home & Community Care ready to step into a high-impact regional role?
Weโre partnering with a large, well-established not-for-profit provider to appoint a Regional Manager overseeing services across Western Sydney. This is a key leadership position where youโll drive performance, lead teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across the region.
๐ผ The opportunity:
Reporting into the Head of Home & Community Care, you will take ownership of a large regional portfolio, leading Team Leaders and frontline staff while ensuring services are aligned with strategic, operational, and quality objectives.
This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy, people leadership, and operational delivery โ with real scope to influence outcomes at scale.
๐ง Key responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of high-quality Home & Community Care services across the region
- Translate strategic objectives into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and service delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and wider teams
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant frameworks
- Oversee complex client matters and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, government, and community partners

โ About you:
- Proven leadership experience within Home & Community Care or community services
- Strong background in managing multi-stream operations and diverse teams
- Ability to drive performance, manage budgets, and deliver against targets
- Confident navigating complex environments and influencing stakeholders
- Strong understanding of aged care frameworks (including Quality Standards / Support at Home)
- Passion for delivering person-centred care and improving client outcomes
