Hunter & Mid North Coast - NSW

A rare opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded, well-established not-for-profit provider in a pivotal Regional Manager position. Overseeing a large and stable portfolio, this role offers the chance to lead within a service that is known for its strong reputation, supportive leadership, and commitment to quality care.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to an experienced and supportive COO, you will oversee a large portfolio of Residential Aged Care homes across the Hunter & Mid North Coast region.

With strong foundations already in place—including positive culture, solid compliance, and capable Facility Managers—this role is focused on strategic leadership, continuous improvement, and empowering your teams to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across a multi-site portfolio

  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver organisational goals and growth
  • Foster a positive, values-led culture across all homes
About You
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Residential Aged Care
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, geographically dispersed portfolios
  • Strong understanding of aged care standards, compliance, and operations
  • A collaborative and empowering leadership style
  • Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency registration desirable, but not essential
