Description

Drive clinical excellence. Influence quality. Shape the future of aged care.

An awesome opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join one of Australia's largest and most respected aged care providers as a Regional Quality Partner.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic, organisation-wide role where you'll partner with leadership teams across multiple residential aged care homes to drive clinical excellence, embed best practice and deliver meaningful improvements in resident outcomes.

Rather than managing the day-to-day operations of a single home, you'll work across Victoria, supporting services to strengthen clinical governance, implement innovative models of care, mentor clinical leaders and foster a culture of continuous improvement. While the role involves regular travel to sites, you'll also enjoy the flexibility to work from home when you're not on the road, providing a great balance between autonomy and collaboration.

If you're passionate about quality, enjoy influencing others and want to make a lasting impact across multiple aged care communities, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • $140,000 - $150,000 + Super + Travel Allowance
  • Flexible working arrangements – enjoy the opportunity to work from home when you're not visiting homes across Victoria.
  • Fully expensed travel across Victoria.
  • It's an incredible opportunity to join one of the countries largest providers and continuously grow as they do.
  • Influence clinical practice and quality outcomes across multiple residential aged care homes throughout Victoria.
  • Partner with experienced operational and clinical leaders to implement innovative models of care and drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop Clinical Managers and leadership teams while helping shape the future of aged care.
The Role
As the Regional Quality Partner, you'll be the clinical quality expert supporting residential aged care homes across Victoria. Working closely with operational and clinical leadership teams, you'll lead service improvement initiatives, strengthen clinical governance and ensure best-practice standards are consistently embedded throughout each service.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring exceptional stakeholder engagement, coaching and change management skills to successfully influence teams and deliver sustainable improvements.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives across multiple aged care homes.
  • Support services in implementing best-practice clinical models and evidence-based care.
  • Mentor, coach and develop Clinical Managers and leadership teams.
  • Design and deliver engaging education programs, workshops and clinical training.
  • Develop practical resources, tools and onboarding programs to support organisational change.
  • Strengthen clinical governance, compliance and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Analyse quality data and prepare reports for governance committees and senior leadership.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to successfully implement change and improve resident outcomes.
About You
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing.
  • Demonstrated experience in residential aged care quality, clinical governance or multi-site clinical leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, continuous improvement and clinical governance principles.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about improving resident outcomes and developing high-performing clinical teams.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Victoria.
About E4 People

We work closely with aged care providers across Australia, connecting exceptional leaders with outstanding career opportunities. If you're looking for a strategic leadership opportunity where you can influence clinical excellence across multiple services while enjoying the flexibility of a home-based role between site visits, we'd love to hear from you.
