Description
Drive clinical excellence. Influence quality. Shape the future of aged care.
An awesome opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join one of Australia's largest and most respected aged care providers as a Regional Quality Partner.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic, organisation-wide role where you'll partner with leadership teams across multiple residential aged care homes to drive clinical excellence, embed best practice and deliver meaningful improvements in resident outcomes.
Rather than managing the day-to-day operations of a single home, you'll work across Victoria, supporting services to strengthen clinical governance, implement innovative models of care, mentor clinical leaders and foster a culture of continuous improvement. While the role involves regular travel to sites, you'll also enjoy the flexibility to work from home when you're not on the road, providing a great balance between autonomy and collaboration.
If you're passionate about quality, enjoy influencing others and want to make a lasting impact across multiple aged care communities, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
