This is an incredible leadership opportunity for a passionate Registered Nurse looking to make a real impact. You’ll advise and assist care staff to deliver the highest quality care, tailored to the needs and preferences of each resident.
 
Working closely with the Care Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring excellence in clinical outcomes and resident wellbeing within a supportive, award-winning aged care organisation that’s making a difference in people’s lives every day.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred care
• Supervise and support care staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth
• Build meaningful partnerships with residents and families
• Provide complex clinical care including wound management, medication administration, and assessments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation in iCare
• Uphold compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and WHS requirements

• Registered Nurse (DIV 1) – Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2 years’ aged care experience (essential)
• Proficient computer skills; iCare experience highly regarded
• Strong communication, clinical, and leadership abilities
• Understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation, and ACFI
• Current First Aid Certificate and Police Check
• Must be eligible to work in Australia
• Availability to work night shifts
