About the Role As an agency RN with E4 People, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of residential aged care facilities while maintaining flexibility around your existing commitments.

You may be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality clinical care to residents
• Medication administration and management
• Completing clinical documentation and care plans
• Managing wounds and pressure injuries
• Identifying and responding to clinical deterioration
• Supporting residents with dementia and behaviours of concern
• Providing palliative and end-of-life care
• Supervising and supporting AINs and PCWs
• Working collaboratively with facility management and care teams

Requirements • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 6 months recent aged care experience
• Current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required
• Current Flu vaccination
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work confidently in a residential aged care environment
• Reliable and professional approach to agency work
• Currently living in Maroochydore or surrounding Sunshine Coast areas
