Are you an experienced Registered Nurse passionate about providing high-quality care and leadership during the night shift? Join a supportive, well-established not-for-profit aged care provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, resident-centred care.
About the Role We’re seeking a confident and clinically skilled In-Charge Registered Nurse to oversee care delivery during the night shift. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and clinical excellence of residents, while supporting and guiding care staff throughout the night.
What You’ll Bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in aged care (essential)
- Experience working in Australia (essential)
- Strong leadership, clinical assessment, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and the ability to provide calm, confident guidance overnight
