In Bundaberg right now, we’re working with aged care facilities that don’t always have cover when they need it — sick calls, last-minute gaps, and short-notice absences.
That’s where our casual RN pool comes in.

Instead of locking into set lines or permanent rosters, you pick up temp shifts as they come in — sometimes same day, sometimes the day before and only when it suits you.

What this actually looks like

• You stay available for casual / on-call RN shifts in Bundaberg
• We send you shifts as they come in (often short notice)
• You choose what you accept — no pressure to take everything
• Mix of AM / PM / night shifts across aged care facilities
• Ongoing flow of shifts for nurses who want regular casual work

• Earn $60–$70/hr penalties super

• AHPRA Registered Nurse (unrestricted)
• 2 years RN experience in Aged Care
• Up-to-date Police Check
• Flu & COVID vaccinations
• NDIS check (may be required depending on site)
