Description

We are partnering with a supportive aged care facility looking for a Registered Nurse to join their team in Bundaberg. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced RNs to provide high-quality, resident-centred care in a close-knit environment.
 
About the Role:

• Full-time, 76 hours per fortnight; rostered 5 days on, 2 days off.
• Availability for all shifts required (AM, PM, Night)
• Provide clinical care, support care staff, and implement individualised resident care plans.
• Work within a medium-sized facility.

• Experienced RNs preferred (no new grads), with expeirence in Australian residential aged care system.
• Strong team players with excellent communication and resident-focused care skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a structured care team.
