• Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care aligned with best practice and aged care standards.
• Administer medications and complete clinical documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor resident health and wellbeing, escalating concerns as required.
• Collaborate with nursing, care, and clinical leadership teams to ensure consistent care delivery.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support high standards of resident care.

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong clinical skills and confidence working across AM, PM, and Night Duty shifts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
