We’re seeking a committed and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a supportive residential aged care team in a part-time permanent capacity. You’ll deliver high-quality clinical care, work closely with residents and families, and be supported by strong on-site leadership that enables you to focus on delivering your best work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care in line with aged care standards and best practice.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Monitor resident health and wellbeing, escalating concerns as required.
- Collaborate with nursing, care, and leadership teams to ensure consistent, resident-centred care.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and support high standards of care.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- 2–10 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Confidence working across AM, PM, and Night Duty shifts.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to long-term stability and career progression.
- Located in Australia with Citizenship.
- Competitive pay of $42–$52/hr Super, reflecting your experience and contribution.
- Part-time permanent position with a structured roster across AM, PM, and Night shifts, allowing for work-life balance.
- Supportive leadership, including an experienced manager and Care Directors, providing guidance, mentoring, and clinical oversight.
