We’re seeking a confident and capable Registered Nurse to join a well-established aged care home in a clinical role that offers autonomy, responsibility and leadership exposure within a supportive structure.
This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys being a key clinical presence on the floor, contributing to care quality, mentoring staff, and supporting the broader clinical leadership team.
About the Role Working closely with the leadership team, you will play an important role in maintaining high clinical standards and supporting the delivery of safe, person-centred care.
This position suits a nurse who wants to build leadership capability while remaining hands-on in clinical care.
Full-time hours are flexible, offering variety across shifts while maintaining strong team support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents
- Contribute to clinical oversight and safe care delivery
- Support care staff with guidance and clinical direction
- Assist with assessments, documentation and care planning
- Monitor resident wellbeing and respond to clinical changes
- Support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Work collaboratively within a structured clinical leadership team
- AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- Previous aged care experience highly regarded
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Confident supporting and guiding care staff
- Positive team player with a proactive approach
- $90,600 - $111,800 (based on experience & level) Super Salary Packaging
- Full-time (76 hrs/fortnight) – flexible roster structure
- Stable, well-run small - medium aged care home
