Are you a Registered Nurse who enjoys the autonomy and pace of night shift?
I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established for-profit aged care provider for a permanent full-time Registered Nurse to join their team on night duty.
This is a great opportunity to step into a stable, well-run medium-sized facility with a supportive team environment and strong leadership in place.
The Role:
Working 5 night shifts per week (including one weekend shift), you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical care of residents, providing leadership to care staff, and ensuring a smooth and well-managed shift.

What you’ll be doing:
• Leading the night shift and acting as the senior clinical decision-maker
• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Managing medications, documentation and clinical handover
• Supporting and guiding care staff on shift
• Responding to clinical changes and escalations
What you’ll need:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in residential aged care (preferred)
• Confidence working autonomously on night shift
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• A calm, proactive and team-focused approach
