A well-established not-for-profit aged care provider in Grafton is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses to join their team.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care, lead and support care staff during your shift, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
This role combines clinical assessment, medication management, care planning and team leadership within a collaborative and well-supported environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care to residents
• Administer medications and complete clinical assessments
• Develop and review resident care plans
• Lead and support care staff throughout your shift
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and GPs
• Accurately maintain clinical documentation
• Respond to clinical changes and escalate concerns appropriately
• Promote person-centred care and continuous improvement
About You
You are a compassionate, organised and clinically confident Registered Nurse who enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
You will also bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience working in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
• Confidence managing clinical assessments and medication administration
• Strong understanding of person-centred care principles
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
