A leading not-for-profit aged care provider is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join their clinical teams across multiple residential aged care services in Regional NSW.

The Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate and evidence-based clinical care while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.
You will be responsible for clinical assessments, care planning, medication management and supporting care staff to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.

- Complete comprehensive resident assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and monitor clinical outcomes
- Support and mentor Enrolled Nurses and Care Staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 24 months' AHPRA registration
- At least 18 months' experience within Residential Aged Care
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Full Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available)
Eligible candidates relocating to the region will be supported through a relocation package, including accommodation assistance or relocation reimbursement. Australian citizens relocating from metropolitan areas may also be eligible for the Rural LAP relocation incentive, where applicable.
