We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit a Registered Nurse for a medium residential service. This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN who enjoys working within a structured environment while making a genuine impact on resident care

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents
• Lead your shift and support care staff
• Administer medications and complete documentation
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
• Contribute to care planning and clinical reviews
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards
• Build strong relationships with residents and families

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in aged care (desirable)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
