• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to residents
• Complete clinical assessments and administer medications
• Develop, implement and review care plans
• Monitor residents' health and respond to changing clinical needs
• Support and mentor care staff in best practice care
• Work collaboratively with families and the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with aged care standards

• Registered Nurse (Division 1) with unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Previous aged care experience is highly regarded
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering person-centred care
