Registered Nurse | Aged Care | Permanent Full-Time
$45.86 - $56.59 per hour Super Salary Packaging

We are partnering with a respected aged care provider to recruit a Registered Nurse for a permanent full-time position within a fully compliant residential aged care home. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aged care RN looking for stability, support, and career growth.

The role
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents
  • Undertake assessments, care planning and documentation
  • Administer medications and monitor resident wellbeing
  • Support care staff and provide clinical guidance when required
  • Build positive relationships with residents and families
  • Ensure compliance with aged care standards and policies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team
Support and leadershipYou will work within a structured leadership team consisting of a Facility Manager, Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator, Registered Nurses and Care Staff.
This is a fully compliant service with strong systems in place, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent resident care while being supported by experienced clinical leaders.

About you
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse within residential aged care
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Passion for delivering person-centred care
  • Full Australian working rights
