We’re seeking passionate and caring Registered Nurses to join a supportive aged care team where your skills and compassion truly make a difference. In this role, you’ll build meaningful connections with residents and their families, uphold high clinical standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident feels valued, respected, and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and create personalised care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Provide hands-on, compassionate care that ensures residents feel supported, safe, and valued every day.
- Safely administer medications and treatments while maintaining best-practice clinical standards.
- Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing closely, responding proactively to changes or concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with the care team, fostering open communication and a positive, team-focused environment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support continuity and quality of care.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills, with a focus on safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, creating positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- A compassionate, resident-centred approach, ensuring dignity, respect, and personalised care are at the heart of your work.
- At least three years of nursing experience, demonstrating confidence, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic aged care environment.
