A well-established home care provider is seeking a compassionate and community-focused Registered Nurse to join the team on an initial 2-week contract, with the potential to extend.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a clinically capable, organised and personable Registered Nurse who enjoys building relationships with clients in their own homes. You'll play an important role in supporting older Australians to remain safe, healthy and independent while receiving high-quality clinical care.

About the Role
As a Community Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical assessments, nursing care and ongoing support to clients living independently in their own homes.
You'll visit approximately four clients per day, travelling between appointments while working closely with the wider home care team to deliver person-centred care.
This role combines clinical assessments, care planning, wound management and client education within a supportive community care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing and clinical assessments.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care within clients' homes.
- Develop and review person-centred care plans.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
- Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals and family members.
- Monitor client wellbeing and escalate clinical concerns when required.
- Educate clients to support independence and self-management.
- Maintain compliance with professional and organisational standards.
About You
You are a compassionate, organised and highly motivated Registered Nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients in the community.
You will also bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in community, aged care or home care nursing.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently while managing your daily schedule.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Full Australian working rights.
