• Permanent Full-Time
• 76 hours per fortnight (roster not fixed)
• $46.78–$57.44 per hour + super

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to residents
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and documentation
• Administer medications and monitor resident wellbeing
• Develop, implement and review individualised care plans
• Support and mentor care staff to promote best practice
• Collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with aged care legislation and clinical standards

• Registered Nurse (Division 1) with unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse within aged care
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
