Registered Nurse – Casual Aged Care Shifts E4 Healthcare is recruiting Registered Nurses for casual aged care shifts in Batemans Bay and surrounding areas.

About the Role
You’ll work casual RN shifts across local aged care facilities, providing safe, person-centred care while leading care staff on shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to aged care residents
• Conduct assessments, manage care plans, and complete documentation
• Administer medications and treatments
• Provide clinical leadership and support to care staff
• Ensure compliance with AHPRA and aged care standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and allied health teams

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 months experience in aged care or a relevant clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously
• Up-to-date Police Check (within 12 months)
• COVID-19 & Flu vaccinations (as required)

• Excellent hourly rates paid weekly
