About the Role
As a Casual Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents in residential aged care settings. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive safe, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with best practice standards.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor clinical outcomes.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
• Provide leadership and guidance to care staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
• Respond effectively to changes in resident health and emergency situations.

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Up-to-date vaccination records in line with aged care requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical assessment and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
