The role:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised nursing care for residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and progress
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic and person-centred care
• Provide emotional support and assist residents with daily living activities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare standards, regulations, and Nursing Home policies

• Current AHPRA Registration
• 3 months previous experience in Aged Care in Australia
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Full Australian working rights
• 2 contactable aged care clinical references
• COVID vaccinations and up to date flu vaccination (in the last 10 months)
• National police check – dated within the last 12 months.
• NDIS Workers Check (highly desirable)
