Description

E4 People is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for casual aged care shifts across the Northern Beaches, with AM, PM and Night Shifts available.

About the Role
You’ll work across a range of residential aged care facilities, providing high-quality clinical care while enjoying genuine flexibility. Choose the shifts that suit your lifestyle - whether that’s nights, a mix of AM/PM, or ad-hoc work.

Duties Include

• Clinical assessments and care planning
• Medication administration and clinical documentation
• Managing deteriorating residents and clinical decision-making
• Supporting and supervising care staff
• Ensuring compliance with aged care and clinical standards

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 months experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
• Confidence working autonomously (especially for night shifts)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Current Police Check
• Up-to-date Flu and COVID vaccinations
