A well-established residential aged care home in Darlinghurst is seeking an experienced and people-focused Relationship & Admissions Manager to join the team in an exciting phase of enhancing the resident experience and strengthening admissions and occupancy.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for prospective residents and families, you will manage enquiries, coordinate admissions and champion an exceptional resident experience throughout the resident journey. This role combines relationship management, admissions coordination, occupancy support and resident experience leadership within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You will work closely with clinical, hospitality and lifestyle teams to ensure residents and their families experience a seamless and compassionate transition into the home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage qualified residential enquiries from initial contact through to admission
- Welcome prospective residents and families through personalised tours and meaningful conversations
- Coordinate contracts, documentation and move-in planning to ensure a smooth admissions process
- Maintain an effective waitlist and support timely occupancy of vacant rooms
- Build trusted relationships with prospective residents, representatives, residents and families
- Support residents through admission and transition into the home
- Lead the implementation and ongoing coordination of the Higher Everyday Living Framework
- Use resident feedback and insights to strengthen engagement, hospitality, wellbeing, choice and quality of life
About You
You are a compassionate, organised and highly relationship-focused individual who genuinely supports residents and families during significant life transitions.
You will also bring:
- Experience in residential aged care admissions, customer service, hospitality or relationship management
- Experience managing contracts, documentation and administrative processes
- Confidence building relationships and handling concerns professionally with prospective residents, residents and families
- Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong computer skills and experience using customer management or clinical systems
- Experience within aged care, healthcare, retirement living or community services
