Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain a safe, high-quality care environment.
- Oversee daily operations, planning, and budgeting to deliver effective and sustainable services.
- Lead and support your team, encouraging growth, teamwork, and excellence in care.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the community through open communication.
- Promote resident-focused care that values dignity, compassion, and individual needs.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice across all aspects of the service.
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven leadership experience in residential aged care (Facility Manager or senior Clinical Manager level)
- Strong knowledge of aged care standards, compliance, and accreditation
- Excellent communication and people management skills
