Registered Nurse | Aged Care RN | Night Duty RN | Clinical Nurse
Up to $115,000 Shift Loading NFP Salary Packaging

Take ownership of your shift in a structured aged care home where you’re supported but trusted to lead.
We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse for a 50-bed residential home based in Mid-Coast NSW. This is a great opportunity for a confident RN who enjoys autonomy on shift while still having strong leadership and systems in place.

This role is ideal for an experienced RN who prefers night duty, enjoys autonomy, and is confident leading a shift independently.

With a strong leadership structure and support from a Residential Care Manager and Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be the senior clinician on shift, responsible for delivering high-quality care and guiding your team.

• Lead clinical care delivery across your shift
• Act as the senior clinician on duty
• Supervise and support care staff and ENs
• Manage documentation, incidents, and handovers
• Provide clinical assessments and care planning input
• Support residents across general and memory support units
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards
• Communicate effectively with families and team

• Monday – PM (14:30–22:45)
• Thursday – Night Duty (22:30–06:45)
• Friday – Night Duty (22:30–06:45)
• Saturday – Night Duty (22:30–06:45)
• Sunday – Night Duty (22:30–06:45)

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in aged care as an RN
• Confident running a shift independently
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to lead and support a small team on shift
• Full Australian working rights

• This role is suited to experienced RNs only (no new graduates)
• Only candidates currently working as Registered Nurses in Australia will be considered
• Sponsorship is not available for this position
