The Role
As Roving Clinical Care Manager, you will provide flexible, responsive clinical leadership across a portfolio of residential aged care homes within your region, working closely with Facility Managers and care teams to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centred care is delivered consistently - wherever you are.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing clinical leadership and hands-on support across multiple homes as needed
• Mentoring and supporting care teams including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants
• Overseeing care plans, assessments and clinical documentation
• Building warm, trusted relationships with residents, families and external health professionals
• Supporting compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and contributing to continuous improvement

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Some experience in a senior clinical or leadership role within residential aged care
• A comfort with travel and the flexibility to work across multiple locations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A caring, proactive and resilient approach to your work
