An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Care Manager to join a well-established for-profit aged care provider in Canberra.
This is a key leadership role within a large facility offering the chance to oversee clinical care and lead a stable, well-supported team.

About the Role
As the Senior Care Manager, you will take ownership of all clinical operations within the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance.
You will be supported by a strong structure:

General Manager > Senior Care Manager > 2 x Care Managers > RNs & Care Staff

• Oversee clinical care and ensure compliance with aged care standards
• Lead and support 2 Care Managers and wider clinical team
• Drive quality outcomes, audits, and continuous improvement
• Mentor and guide staff to build capability and confidence
• Work closely with a highly supportive General Manager

• 3 floors, each with its own Care Manager
• Strong clinical staffing model – each unit supported by RNs and care staff
• Fully compliant home with established systems
• Stable, long-tenured team with a positive culture

• $120K super (with flexibility up to $130K for the right candidate)

• AHPRA Registered Nurse
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aged care
• Experience in a Care Manager / Clinical leadership role
• Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance
• Passion for leading teams and delivering high-quality care
