8-Month Contract | Immediate Start Available
A well-established aged care provider is seeking an experienced Senior Care Manager to join one of their residential aged care services in Western Sydney.
This opportunity would suit an experienced clinical leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality resident care, supporting clinical teams and driving strong compliance and governance outcomes.
Joining a supportive leadership team, you will play a key role in overseeing clinical operations, mentoring staff and ensuring best-practice care is delivered across the service.
The OpportunityAs the Senior Care Manager, you will provide leadership across the clinical function, ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred and high-quality care.
Working collaboratively with operational leaders, residents, families and multidisciplinary teams, you will help drive continuous improvement, strengthen clinical outcomes and foster a positive workplace culture.

- Provide leadership and oversight across all clinical operations
- Drive compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead clinical governance, quality and risk management initiatives
- Monitor clinical indicators, incidents, audits and continuous improvement activities
- Support, mentor and develop clinical leaders and nursing teams
- Ensure best-practice clinical assessments, care planning and documentation
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
- Promote a culture focused on resident wellbeing, accountability and excellence
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical leadership within Residential Aged Care
- Strong knowledge of aged care compliance, accreditation and clinical governance
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing clinical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and hands-on leadership style
