Description

Our client is a growing community-based allied health provider supporting children, families and adults across Western and South West Sydney. With a mixed ages caseload and strong referral demand, the team delivers therapy within homes, schools and community settings, providing clinicians with meaningful variety while maintaining strong clinical support and supervision.

The service is led by experienced Occupational Therapists who prioritise mentorship, professional development and clinical quality. Clinicians are encouraged to pursue areas of interest, attend professional development events and build expertise within a supportive team environment.

About the Role

This is a community-based Occupational Therapist position supporting a mixed caseload of approximately 70% paediatrics and 30% adults.

Your week may include:

  • Home, school and community visits across Western and South West Sydney
  • Predominantly paediatric clients with some adult NDIS participants
  • Supporting clients with developmental, functional and participation goals
  • Community-based service delivery with flexibility to complete administration from home
  • Travel heavily tailored towards your location
  • Full-time position with flexibility around scheduling and admin time

About You
  • Bachelor or Masters qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 4 years' Occupational Therapy experience preferred, or equivalent senior-level capability
  • Demonstrated experience working with paediatric clients
  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Unrestricted working rights within Australia

  • Up to $125,000 Super
