Head Office Based (with travel across multiple sites)
Salary: $160,000 Super  Salary Packaging   Travel Allowance
Structure: Executive Leadership > Clinical Governance Lead (2IC) > Quality Managers (7) > Site Teams

Overview
Senior 2IC role to executive leadership, overseeing quality, compliance, and clinical governance across a handful of aged care homes.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone experienced who can step in immediately and drive outcomes - not a step-up position.

• 2IC to senior leadership (direct report into executive level)
• Oversight of 7 Quality Managers across multiple sites
• Responsible for clinical governance, compliance, and risk
• Mix of head office and site-based work
• Travel required across a handful of homes
• Strong focus on regulatory requirements and accreditation
• Identify service gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Lead incident management and quality outcomes
• Stakeholder-facing role - strong relationship skills essential

• Working closely with senior leadership
• Established quality structure already in place
• Requires someone confident operating autonomously
• Limited capacity for training - needs to be a quick learner

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA) - essential
• Minimum 3 years in quality/compliance within aged care
• Strong clinical governance and regulatory knowledge
• Experience leading or overseeing quality teams
• Confident in incident management and risk
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication
• Able to identify gaps and implement improvements quickly

• Currently in a senior quality / governance role
• Looking for more influence and scope
• Comfortable working across multiple sites
• Strong, confident, and able to “hit the ground running”
