Your caseload may include:
- Speech and language development

- NDIS participants and private clients
- Support for families, carers and key stakeholders

You’ll have access to structured onboarding, tailored mentoring and regular supervision. For new graduate Speech Pathologists, the support is especially strong, with a higher level of supervision designed to help you build confidence in assessment, therapy planning, documentation and client management.
Experienced clinicians will also have room to shape their pathway, whether that means developing a clinical niche, stepping into leadership or contributing to broader training and workshop opportunities.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership or eligibility
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- New graduates and experienced Speech Pathologists are welcome to apply
