Why You’ll LOVE this Role:

  • Salary from $90,000 - $120,000 super, depending on experience
  • $6,000 sign on bonus!
  • $2,500 professional development budget each year
  • Paid PD leave to support your ongoing learning
  • One additional week of bonus leave, which can be used for wellbeing days, birthdays or PD
  • Flexible roster options including 4-day week, 9-day fortnight, 8.5-day fortnight, 4.5-day week or part-time

  • Dedicated admin, prep and reporting time each week
  • Own therapy space, quality resources and clinical tools provided
  • Strong supervision and mentoring tailored to your level of experience
  • New graduates receive significantly higher levels of supervision and support
  • Clear career pathways into leadership, clinical specialisation or workshop presenting
  • Join a multidisciplinary allied health team across Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy
  • NDIS-registered provider with a strong focus on practical, client-centred therapy
Your Role: You will work as a Speech Pathologist in Caboolture, supporting children and adults with a range of communication, feeding and swallowing needs.

Your caseload may include:
  • Speech and language development
  • Communication goals
  • Fluency and stuttering
  • AAC and assistive communication
  • Social communication skills

Support & Development: This is a great fit if you’re looking for a Speech Pathology role near Brisbane’s northside where you won’t be left to figure things out alone.

You’ll have access to structured onboarding, tailored mentoring and regular supervision. For new graduate Speech Pathologists, the support is especially strong, with a higher level of supervision designed to help you build confidence in assessment, therapy planning, documentation and client management.

Experienced clinicians will also have room to shape their pathway, whether that means developing a clinical niche, stepping into leadership or contributing to broader training and workshop opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership or eligibility
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
  • New graduates and experienced Speech Pathologists are welcome to apply
