Description
Our client is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider delivering community-based services across Queensland. The broader team includes Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Podiatry and other allied health disciplines.
The Queensland service is expanding across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, with Speech Pathology identified as a key growth area. Clinicians work autonomously in the community while remaining connected to an established multidisciplinary team through virtual clinical support and monthly professional development.
About the Role
This is a mobile Speech Pathologist position supporting adults across community-based services, with a focus on adult neurological presentations.
The preferred location is Central to South Brisbane, with services delivered across a broader region extending from the northern Gold Coast through Brisbane and towards the Sunshine Coast.
Your role will include:
- Supporting adults with neurological and communication needs in their homes and community settings
- Delivering assessment, intervention and goal-focused therapy
- Managing a mobile community caseload across NDIS and community-funded services
- Working independently while engaging with virtual multidisciplinary support
- Collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and other allied health clinicians
- Completing clinical documentation and reporting in line with funding requirements
- Travelling between client appointments, with kilometre reimbursement and vehicle options available
- Salary from $100,000 to $120,000 + super, based on experience

- Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership

- Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a suitable vehicle
- Comfortable delivering mobile services independently across community settings
- Full Australian working rights
- Earn from $100,000 to $120,000 + super, tailored to experience
