Description
Our client is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider with an established clinic presence in the Redlands, supporting children and families through clinic and community-based therapy across Greater Brisbane.
The Redlands clinics are part of a broader allied health network spanning Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and other allied health disciplines. With an expanding clinic service and strong referral demand, the team is looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist who wants to contribute beyond their own caseload and have genuine input into how the service develops.

This is a predominantly clinic-based Speech Pathology opportunity supporting a paediatric caseload from established Redlands clinic locations.
Your role may include:
- Assessment and therapy for children with communication, language and other NDIS-funded goals
- Predominantly clinic-based service delivery, with access to the broader multidisciplinary team
- Contributing ideas around service delivery and the continued development of Speech Pathology within the clinics
- Supporting future clinicians and contributing to discipline development as the team grows
- Fortnightly discipline-specific meetings and clinical development
- Flexible supervision through the Speech Pathology lead, particularly while you settle into the role
- Flexible start and finish times
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
- Experience working as a Speech Pathologist in a paediatric setting
- Experience supporting children with communication, language and NDIS-funded goals
- Current Working with Children Check
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
