Description

Our client is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider with an established clinic presence in the Redlands, supporting children and families through clinic and community-based therapy across Greater Brisbane.

The Redlands clinics are part of a broader allied health network spanning Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and other allied health disciplines. With an expanding clinic service and strong referral demand, the team is looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist who wants to contribute beyond their own caseload and have genuine input into how the service develops.

Why this Role:

This role would suit an experienced Speech Pathologist who enjoys clinical work but also wants the opportunity to influence how a growing service develops.

You will have access to:

  • Salary from $90,000 to $110,000 + super
  • $2,500 annual professional development budget
  • 2 paid CPD leave days each year
  • Internal and external supervision
  • Leadership mentoring and development opportunities
  • Genuine pathways towards future leadership responsibilities
  • Fortnightly discipline-specific meetings and clinical development
  • A multidisciplinary allied health network around you
  • Strong administrative support
  • Access to assessment tools, therapy resources and equipment
  • Flexible start and finish times
  • Quarterly team socials and wellbeing initiatives
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Opportunities to contribute to service development as the clinic grows
About the Role:

This is a predominantly clinic-based Speech Pathology opportunity supporting a paediatric caseload from established Redlands clinic locations.

Your role may include:
  • Assessment and therapy for children with communication, language and other NDIS-funded goals
  • Predominantly clinic-based service delivery, with access to the broader multidisciplinary team
  • Contributing ideas around service delivery and the continued development of Speech Pathology within the clinics
  • Supporting future clinicians and contributing to discipline development as the team grows
  • Fortnightly discipline-specific meetings and clinical development
  • Flexible supervision through the Speech Pathology lead, particularly while you settle into the role
  • Flexible start and finish times
The broader service also supports mixed and adult Speech Pathology caseloads, including aged care, dysphagia and acquired brain injury, although this clinic opportunity has a strong paediatric focus.

About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
  • Experience working as a Speech Pathologist in a paediatric setting
  • Experience supporting children with communication, language and NDIS-funded goals
  • Current Working with Children Check

What this looks like in practice:
  • A dedicated consultant who works with you on your career, not just this role

  • Discreet, professional handling at every stage
  • We do not share your details without permission
  • Ongoing support post-placement, because the right fit matters longer than the offer date
