Our client is an established allied health provider that has grown steadily and now has a team of 10 Speech Pathologists supported by a dedicated administration and business support team. Operating from a purpose-built Bella Vista clinic within walking distance of the Metro, the team also provides services across the community through a flexible hybrid model. With strong referral demand and the ability to tailor caseloads around clinician interests, they have built a workplace focused on clinical quality rather than productivity targets.
Clinical supervision is led by an experienced Clinical Director with more than 15 years of Speech Pathology experience. Clinical supervision, mentoring and team meetings are standard, with support adapted to suit your level of experience.
About the Role
This opportunity can be shaped around your interests, whether you enjoy working across the lifespan or would prefer an entirely paediatric caseload.
You will have access to:
- Mixed paediatric and adult caseload, or paediatric-only if preferred
- Approximately 60% NDIS-funded clients
- Clinic-based and hybrid community delivery model
- Purpose-built Bella Vista clinic with modern facilities
- Caseload designed around your clinical interests where possible
- Full-time or flexible working arrangements available
- Dedicated in-house administration team managing bookings and day-to-day admin, allowing clinicians to focus on therapy
- Average of 4 to 5 clients per day
- No KPIs or billable pressure
- Weekly individual supervision with an experienced Clinical Director
- Weekly team meetings and ongoing mentoring
- Flexible supervision tailored to your experience level
- Open to early career through to senior Speech Pathologists
- Balanced daily workload with flexibility around caseload mix
- Strong referral demand providing consistent caseloads
- Hybrid or clinic-based working options
- Stable team with an average tenure of approximately 4.5 years
- Growing allied health team with genuine clinical support
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status or eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Current Driver Licence
- Willing to obtain or hold a current Working with Children Check
- Passion for working with paediatric, adult or mixed caseloads
- Salary from $90,000 - $115,000 Super
- Clinical supervision weekly or fortnightly
- Ongoing mentoring from an experienced Clinical Director
- Flexible clinic and hybrid working arrangements
- Dedicated administration support

- No KPI expectations
