A fantastic Speech Pathologist opportunity is available with a well-established not for profit paediatric disability provider supporting children and young people across Brisbane. With clinics across North, West, Central and South Brisbane, clinicians can base themselves at the location closest to them while enjoying a mix of clinic and community/mobile work.
This is a role with real flexibility, low billable hour expectations and the chance to work as part of a highly supportive multidisciplinary team. For Speech Pathologists wanting strong supervision, autonomy over their week and meaningful paediatric work across clinic and community settings, this one stands out.

- 4.5 billable hours per day - well below what many clinicians are expected to hit, with supervision included in the target
- Salary from $80,000 - $115,000 super (depending on experience)

This position supports a paediatric caseload across clinic and community environments, with services delivered depending on client needs and preferences.

Support & Development:
This organisation is known for providing a high level of supervision and support, particularly for newer clinicians.
- Weekly supervision for new graduates in Year 1
- Fortnightly supervision in Year 2
- Monthly supervision from Year 5 onwards
- Strong support for clinicians transitioning into paediatrics from other backgrounds
- Flexible caseload planning across sites
- Opportunity to build confidence in complex paediatrics
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
